CRAYON OF HOPE… The Watts boys are sponsoring a fund-raiser for Josh Mott. Gifts can be placed in the crayon bank at the front of the auditorium. Thank you!

Quilt of Encouragement
If you would like to be a part of making a quilt of encouragement for Josh Mott here are the instructions: Begin with an 8 inch by 8 inch piece of 100% cotton fabric PRE-WASHED!!!! [Fabric must be washed and dried and ironed before beginning] It is suggested that patches be a light, neutral color. Use fabric markers, embroidery floss, etc  to design your patch with whatever you wish to share with Josh (memory, verse, words of encouragement.... please put your name on it if possible, or send a note with the patch that we can give to Josh with the quilt). Leave an inch of unused fabric around the edges.  Patches should then be given to Linda McFadden. They would like the patches by Wednesday, February 1st.

If you would like to have the church keep a record of your giving for 2012, please contact Chop Troutman or put a note in his church mailbox. Receipts for 2011 giving will be in mailboxes later this month.

2012 Church Calendars are available on the table at the rear of the auditorium. Please be sure to Get a Calendar for your Family.

SNOW CANCELLATION POLICY: The policy of Niemonds Independent Church is that we will NOT cancel morning worship services due to inclement weather. We rely on your individual judgment as to whether it is safe for you to travel to worship or not. However, additional ministries may be cancelled

 "I'd like a copy of a sermon... what do I do?"Well, we hope to have taken care of this... There are now labels available on the information table by the main door. Please take a label and fill in the appropriate information. Then put the entire label in the container . Sound techs will make the copy of the CD you want, and place the label with your name on the CD and try to have it on the table for you the following week.

Reprinted original Niemond's Church Cookbooks are available for a cost of $10. NEW NIEMONDS CHURCH COOKBOOKS CAN BE PURCHASED AT A COST OF $12.00 EACH. All proceeds from the sale of cookbooks goes to the Niemonds Vision Fund.

 LADIES FELLOWSHIP IS COLLECTING ITEMS FOR THE JUNIATA COUNTY FOOD PANTRY. Needs are:  non-perishable food items, personal care items and paper goods. Items can be placed in the Food Pantry Bin located under the mailboxes. If you have any questons regarding this, contact Laura Chubb - 717.694.3617.

Those in our congregation who are able to, should park in the far parking area so that the spots around the building and in the front parking area are reserved for others.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

FACILITIES COMMITTEE: Please be in prayer for the facilities committee. They are Tim & Julia Brubaker and Rusty & Deb Maneval and Brian & Mia Hassinger. You may contact any of these folks with any prayerful ideas that you might have for our future sanctuary and building needs. We would humbly ask that all of the congregation commit to praying for this committee, for the leadership of Niemonds and for the future ministry of edification and outreach to God’s glory.

GIVING ANNOUNCEMENT: Some have been giving to the building fund and it is unclear as to whether you want that to go to ‘debt reduction’ or to the vision fund for the new sanctuary. Please mark your check or envelope clearly. All monies marked building fund or vision fund will be placed in the vision fund account. All monies designated to debt reduction should be put in the general fund or marked ‘mortgage.’ Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
